Funded by a grant from the Andrew W. This position will also assist in coordinating the outsourcing of unique archival video materials for digitization, including activities related to packaging and shipping, vendor relations, quality control, and file ingest.

Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in library services, office support, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Must have experience creating descriptive, technical, and preservation metadata for audiovisual materials. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
An ALA-accredited MLS or MA in sound or moving-image preservation. One year of direct work experience with audiovisual collections, particularly in an archival setting.
