The "Index," which is later than "Record Ratings (which gives out c. 1955),
is in 4 vold plus supplements. I have Vols 1-4, through 1977. One
supplement is 1984-1987, one preceeding it is, presumably, 1978-1983. Dunno
if there was a later one.
