One of the great things about ARSCconferences is who you meet. At the LA  
Conference I hooked up with Mike Johnson, who worked for Rhino and is now in 
the  Rhino Handmade division. Mike was really impressed with ARSC (and how I 
 described it) and we've stayed in touch. I shot Mike an email with Tom 
Fine's  question and asked if he knew. For Tim (and anyone else), here is

Does  anyone know for sure if the Wilson Pickett 6CD set was newly 
remastered, or  is it just 
> recycling the old 4CD set plus some other material with  a fancy new 
package?

The  Funky Midnight Mover - all re-mastered from original tape. I know I 
pulled  them! Tons of them. 
The  QUAD series I wasn’t involved with.
