I encourage folks to join Steve's tour group. Not only do you get to see lots of different kinds of automated music instruments (so much more than just music boxes!), but you also get to see all the other strange things that an eccentric with money filled up his magnificent, hilltop home with. The tour guide can be a bit eccentric himself too, honestly. It's a fun, unique place.
Enjoy!

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Another call for those interested in private tour - Music Museum in Pitts 5/31
I'm getting ready to go away for a week and thought worth posting again.
I'm trying to put together a group of 10 people for a private 2 to 2 1/2 hour
tour of the Bayernhof museum of Mechanical Music in Pittsburgh for 10:30
am on Sunday 5/31, the day after ARSC conference ends. The museum sounds
great and they do do not usually give Sunday tours. Price they charge is $10
CASH.
We have six people who want to commit now and we need 10. The max is 12. So
if you are flying home in late afternoon or driving, and are interested,
please email me ASAP at [log in to unmask] (mailto:[log in to unmask]) .
I' provided the website before but will send it to you if interested.
