I have not heard of anyone pressing shellac at least in North America.

About three years ago I had a client who wanted to do this for a record
that was recorded live to analog two track, but he finally had to settle
for an all analog lacquer cut (which I did) and press vinyl at 33 1/3. My
lathe didn't do 78 otherwise we would have done that speed.

He looked far and wide to do something like this and had to settle.

I also think he would have tried to record acoustically but that was
impossible to find as well.
