I haven't found a recording of this address , but am sending you below,  the names of various institutions that have the 1930 address in print form. But you may have seen this info already. 

You might also check with Rodgers & Hammerstein Archives of Recorded Sound, NYPL at Lincoln Center to see if they have a radio recording listed in the Rigler Deutsch 78rpm index.

Hello all,

I am trying to locate Herbert Hoover’s address to the Chamber of Commerce on May 1, 1930.  It was broadcast on the radio and in it he predicted a rapid recovery from the Depression.  From some dead internet links, it appears a recording does exist.  I’ve checked SONIC, NARA (including Hoover and FDR Libraries), the Miller Center, the Vincent Voice Library, and a few other places.  Does anyone know where this exists?  I am still waiting to hear back from the Hoover Library.
