Hi,  Carolyn,
	I had understood that the deadline for submitting monthly statistics
was the last Friday of the month.  I enclose the relevant part of a memo
that Ana Cristan sent out in August of 2003.

  Has this deadline been relaxed now?
	When we first joined Bibco, we could send our figures in by the 15th of
the next month; I generally used to send ours in around the 5th or so.
Can I resume doing so in the future?  Our staff would be more
comfortable with having the 7th of the following month as a deadline.
