Hello All:

Note the title of this 2003 printing, as found on Amazon.com:

The publication is advertised as a “centennial edition,” and features a new foreword by Thomas Pynchon. (I, for one, would like to see what Pynchon had to say.) Customer reviews on the webpage are all over the place with respect to the title.
