Suggested change: create new element MEASUREMENTS
When several different TYPEs of <DIMENSIONS> are used for a single object, it might be
advisable to group them together within a new container element. For example, with a volume
of folded maps, one might want to encode not only the height and width of the volume (for
storage information), but also the height and width of the maps when unfolded, as a guide to
space required in the reading room when in use.
