Hi all --

I downloaded the EAC-CPF schema from http://eac.staatsbibliothek-berlin.de/eac-cpf-schemas.html and I seem to be having a problem with it.  It won't let me put any text in any p's anywhere.  For example, I have this:

<description>
      <existDates><dateRange><fromDate>1830</fromDate><toDate>present</toDate></dateRange></existDates>
      <occupation>
         <term>furniture manufacturing</term>
      </occupation>
      <biogHist>
         <p>** here is where I am attempting to put text. **</p>
      </biogHist>
</description>
...
</eac-cpf>

Using Oxygen, it will not allow me to enter text in the <p>.  If I use notepad and go ahead and add some text, then when I attempt to validate it says "Text not allowed here."    The same thing happens with descriptiveNote/p and other locations.

Any idea what might be going on?  I've tried both the rld and xsd versions of the schema.  I do have kind of an old version of Oxygen, but everything else about the schema seems to work OK.
