Hi everyone -
Does anyone know what's wrong with the site www.nssg.gov ? I can't connect
to it after several days trying.
It should have the text of the Hart/Rudman Commission on National Security
report, titled :
_Road Map for National Security: Imperative for Change _

I have Phase III from earlier this year, summaries and references to it but
not the whole thing.  Phase I came out in 1999.
