Please forgive cross-posting.
As a federal agency, we have some difficulty purchasing from foreign
countries. So I thought I would query the various lists about whether
other libraries (federal and non-federal) have like out-of-country
jobbers (or something other way?) of doing this.
I am familiar with Access Russia for obtaining Russian publications
through a US source. Does anyone know is there is something similar for
other (specifically) Chinese publications.
I am not concerned here with obtaining ILL's, but possibly ILL'ers have
had some experience in trying to pay foreign invoices?
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. TIA.
