We have 2 very nice lycra free-standing display stands, that have 3 shelves for displaying brochures. We have lots of colorful and informative brochures for staff and patients so the design is just perfect. We located the stands in high traffic areas that happen to be on floors different than the library. Someone or some persons keep wiping us out. We tried putting just 5-10 copies of each title, depending on the size of the publication, to discourage people from taking them all. We've added labels that say, complimentary of the HSL, to at least get us credit. We are open for any suggestion you may have to eliminate this problem. We check the stands twice a day and just can't do more than that. We're glad the brochures are being used but there is a limit. I think they may be used for church group or classes outside the hospital.
Please help.
