Which bulk download files are you looking at exactly?
What pattern or what are you seeing differently in the Performance
Medium export vs the Genre Forms export?
I looked at both quickly (the SKOS RDF/XML ones) and I'm not clearly
seeing/understanding the difference you are noting.
