I assume that the message below pre-dates the latest version of the Criteria document, and that you have added the paragraph referring to 639-3. I think it is fine, but for formal reasons there should be a "warning" sentence, e.g. "ISO 639-3 is currently on final draft stage and is expected to be published as an International Standard soon. The current code table of ISO 639-3 is stabilized and may be used."

Actually I think I need to add a word about individual languages that don't meet the 639-2 criteria being added to 639-3. I'm not sure how to word it since the maintenance agency for part 3 is not formally established. Suggestions are welcome.
