Off the top of my head, the text reads:

On the 8th of November the Standard ISO 638, which sets codes  
identifying languages, was changed by the suppression of the codes  
"mo" and "mole" assigned to the Moldovan language. Now in their place  
will be used only the Romanian language codes: "ro", "rum" and "ron".  
The decision was taken following the referral made by Bogdan  
Stăncescu, the developer who initiated the Romanian Wikipedia project.  
The linguist Marius Sala, vice-president of the Romanian Academy,  
welcomed the amendment of the standard.
