If it's in the xml code as such (e.g. - in an attribute), you can let the
stylesheets determine depending on the context. If anonymous, then
likely you'd get "Anonymous" in the bib list, at least in most styles
(there are of course thousands of them). If "unknown" it'd likely be
style dependent, but I'd personally have "unknown author" or something
like that.
