Subject :Digital talking-book players

The production of the digital talking-book players will be delayed by approximately four
weeks. The manufacturer, Shinano-Kenshi Corporation, must obtain a safety certification
from the Underwriters Laboratory (UL) prior to production. An issue arose during UL testing
that requires the player's AC/DC power supply be recertified at a higher current. We are
confident that the recertification will be granted, however, the bureaucratic process will
delay the production of the prelaunch players.
