	Re:  uniform titles for multipart monographs.  LC will continue to create NARs for such uniform titles under the guidelines given for "LC practice" in DCM Z1 (Introduction, "Name authority records (NARS)" section).
	Re:  series-like phrases.  In records where 040 $a is only DLC, LC will continue to follow the guidelines in the LCRI 1.6 section "Series or phrases" for the descriptive data element:  giving the words in a 490 0# if they are to be considered a series, as quoted note, etc.  What won't happen is creation/updating of an SAR.

Two other points I've been wondering about which I haven't seen addressed:

Uniform titles for multipart monographs--Will LC be creating uniform title 
authorities as needed for multipart monographs to support related work and 
subject added entries? In the past, these titles were often established 
with series authorities and not provided with distinct uniform title 
authorities.

Series-like phrases--In the past, series-like phrase authorities were used 
to determine whether such a phrase would be entered in a series field or 
some other field. Will this kind of decision still be made and documented 
with series-like phrase authorities, or will all series-like phrases be 
entered as 490 0s?
