I use the form appropriate to the time the person was associated with the group. (I do the same with geographic entities in 370.)

Subject: Question on 373, Associated Group
When an Institution has changed names, what form of name should be used in the 373? The name as presented in the work cataloged has the earlier form of name.
Should one use the name as presented in the work cataloged, the latest form of the institution name, or should one do research to find out if the person is still employed at that institution during the time of the later name?
What are others doing?
