We have gone through the NACO training course and have become a
participant. PCC worked out the details so that we could participate. There
is one problem and you've hit on it exactly. We access both RLIN and OCLC
through our clients' authorizations but, depending on the contracts we have
available at any one time, we might lose access temporarily. We haven't
found a way to overcome this.
