Dear All,
I hope to see many of you at ALA. This message has gone to several
lists-- please excuse the duplication. ALCTS needs your help! The
Membership Committee still needs volunteers to meet its goal of staffing
the ALCTS Booth with two people at each time slot. Please consider
volunteering. See below.
****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
The ALCTS Membership Committee invites ALCTS members to staff the ALCTS
Booth at the ALA Annual Conference in New Orleans in June. Long-term
members as well as new members are encouraged to volunteer. Duties include
greeting members and potential members, and answering questions about
ALCTS. The Membership Committee plans on having two people staff the booth
at all times that it is open-- please help us meet our goal!
The ALCTS Booth will be located in the exhibit halls in the Morial
Convention Center. Hours of operation for the booth will be from Saturday,
June 24 through Monday, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, June 27
from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To volunteer, send an email message to Natalie
Sommerville ([log in to unmask]). The booth schedule is
available at: www.duke.edu/~nsommerv/2006_booth.html.
Thank you,
Natalie Sommerville
