        You are invited to the first PCC Participants Meeting in the
new millennium.  The meeting promises to be much bigger than the Y2K
bug ever thought of being!  PCC members, prospective members, or

        The meeting will focus on the Standing Committee on Standards
Presentation (Joan Schuitema, Chair) and will promise to feature the
discussion of the final report of the Cross Reference Task Group.

recommends five changes to AACR and twelve changes to the LCRIs.  The
Task Group will provide the background that led to the ensuing
recommendations and invite audience discussion.  Please mark your
calendars now and pencil in the time and date.
