I fully agree with this. Shared documentation is a
fundamental part of a successful cooperative cataloging
process.
I don't want to weigh it down but would suggest possibly
adding up-to-date to this value statement, e.g. "...easy to
use, authoritative, and up-to-date documentation." It's one
thing to create shared documentation and another to keep it
current.
