Well, this is the third try at a response to this message.  The first
time, I was sure that Rob had it right.  Then I realized that Rob's
solution doesn't retrieve documents that don't have titles.  Then I
realized that I'm not really clear on what the semantics of the proposal
really are.

So, would someone care to try again to describe the actual requirement.
