It think it will be easy to change the xsl script.
Actually, as I understand it, the construction <TITLE/> should be the same as <TITLE></TITLE>.
I guess Netscape recognizes this construction, but IE doesn't?

Your <title> tag (in the top line) is never closed. The file opens for me
in IE5 when I remove the title start tag.
Not knowing the xsl script your using, I can't say why it's not closing.
