Final report of the SCA Task Group on Journals in Aggregator Databases

This report presents the findings and the recommendations of the TG on
Aggregators for "providing a useful, cost-effective and timely means for
providing records to identify full-text electronic journal titles and
holdings in aggregator databases". This final report has been accepted
by the Standing Committee on Standards, comments should be sent to John
Reimer, Chair of the TG or to Karen Calhoun, Chair, SCS.
