Currently both ISO 639-1 and ISO 639-1 provide a single code for
Komi.
Like other recent queries brought to the attention of the
ISO 639 JAC list, there are again two languages involved: Komi-Zyrian
(which is usually just referred to as Komi) and Komi-Permyak.
Both have had official status (as "literary languages") within the
former Soviet Union, and may still both have such status within the
Russian Federation, under the new constitution.
Ethnologue has two entries.
KOMI-PERMYAK [KOI] lang, Russia, Europe
KOMI-ZYRIAN [KPV] lang, Russia, Europe
