Charles,
1. Check the version of the file "Entityrc" on the server. Is it mapping to
the appropriate version of the stylesheets?
2. Otherwise, try "Clear Viewer Cache" (you may want to "Turn Viewer Cache
OFF" permanently as well...) in Panorama Viewer. Right click anywhere over
the Full-text (right-hand) pane and go to Options.
