Arjan:
I would index an enhanced 505 field (second indicator 0 ) for author/title
searches if there are delimeter "t" 's (title(s)) and delimeter "r" 's
(statement(s) of responsibility) in the contents note.
That will make individual chapters and authors searchable as titles and
authors.
