As I recall, Michael resigned his position (nobody excluded him), and, as far
as I know, he is free to withdraw his resignation. I would ask all other list
members to please ignore, for the sake of peace, Michael 's invitation to a
quarrel again on this list. I think Håvard and others who attended the London
mtgs understand what to do abou this particular matter, which I am happy to
discuss with anyone except Michael (not because I do not respect him, but
because I do).
