Dear Rebecca,

I am sorry if that message was inappropriate. My feeling was that my company had
received so much negative exposure on this list, that I felt something positive
was in order. I know so little about you, or some other members of your list, that
I should, in turn, welcome commensurate postings about your own multilingual work
to date, and theirs (if not sent publicly, then privately, to me).
