1.  Please type in a dollar sign ($) to represent a delimiter in front
of a subfield code (e.g., Liepins, Z. B. $q (Zigurts Bruno), $d 1956-)

2.  There is now a list of diacritics available off the 053 page which
will enable the cutting and pasting of the appropriate diacritic into
the form which will eliminate the need to type out the name of the
diacritic and standardize the names of the diacritics for this purpose.

Comments, suggestions for improvement, and/or additions to the
diacritics list (or to the form) are encouraged.
