The stylesheet files are located at:

They are described in the Cookbook document.

As I mentioned, there is one major bug in that unfortunately for me XT
ignored but Saxon and others choke on- an extra select attribute in a number
of xsl:call-template statements.    I can send you are revised version  if
you'd like.

Attached is an xml file of an archival inventory that you can run against
them.

I would be very interested in any comments you might have.   I have tried to
make them more transparent than efficient to encourage modification.
