Digital Library Discussion Series: "Federal Library Consortium
Development"

Many federal libraries have banded together to enjoy volume discounts
and special terms for their database and e-journal purchases to expand
their electronic services and save their agencies thousands of
dollars. With so many opportunities available, federal librarians
need to know where the latest and best option are.

Join Moderator Jane Sessa of the Department of Commerce Library and
guest speakers Rod Atkinson, Congressional Research Service, Library
of Congress, and representatives from NASA and FEDLINK, who have all
been active in forming federal library consortium agreements. Learn
how to find and use the best offers for your library and share your
experiences with your colleagues.
