maddeningly familiar but you can't name the song. How are you going to find
it? Short of humming it to a friend who's a music guru, you're stuck. But

Cool! If you search ERIC for material about adult education, vocational
education, and related topics this new service from the ERIC Clearinghouse on
Adult, Career, and Vocational Education will be of interest. From the site:
"Each week, ERIC/ACVE personnel send abstracts of new journal articles and
documents for inclusion in the ERIC Database. Unfortunately, it may take four
(or more) months for these citations to appear. Here you can search or browse
(by week) these "in-process" materials."

"Turning the Pages", Technology Created at British Library Coming to NLM

Search--Streaming Media
Keyword Search U.K. Parliament Video Coverage
Many of you are aware of my interest in streaming media as another current
awareness tool for information professionals. News programs like The NewsHour
With Jim Lehrer can be keyword searched. "Hits" can then be viewed online
(RealVideo) precisely at the point where your search topic was discussed.
Today, news that this video search capability is now available for coverage of
the UK Houses of Parliament.

Transportation--Statistics
A new edition of the Pocket Guide to Transportation is available from the
Bureau of Transportation Statistics.

Posted on the LJDigital site is an excellent overview article on Extensible
Markup Language written by Digital Libraries expert Roy Tennant.
