I'll be away until July 16 and will pick up on the ZNG discussion on the ZIG
list then.  Meanwhile, you'll note,  I posted a message listing some of the
premises, and I offered that we would try to put together a paper documenting
some of the discussions and decisions. Would any of you like to head-up that
effort?  If not, please contribute parts and I'll try to put it together.  But I
would prefer someone else do it.  --Ray
