Currently the web-based form, listed by Gracie, is to be used by
BIBCO participants, with the exception of a few SACO participants who
have been granted special permission, due to workflow process on the
Coop team.

If you are not a BIBCO library, please continue to send your SACO
proposals as you have always done.  If you have any questions please
