FEDLINK Fall Membership Meeting

Join your FEDLINK colleagues at the Fall Membership Meeting for an
update on the FEDLINK Revolving Fund, details on the Library of
Congress Veterans History Project (http://www.loc.gov/folklife/vets/),
and reports from FEDLINK staff and the FLICC working groups.
The meeting will also feature Kristen Vajs, the Director of the
Scientific and Technical Information Center, U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office, which won the FLICC 2000 Federal Library/Information Center of
the Year Award for *increasing examiner knowledge of, and access to,
electronic and print resources by determining mandatory search
sources, identifying alternative information resources, creating
desktop tools, developing and delivering training on framing search
strategies and on searching commercial databases and full text
Internet tools.*
