Our entire organization is inside a SCIF (Sensitive Classified Information
Facility). While uncleared visitors come in for various reasons, and under
unusual circumstances we allow uncleared visitors to use/borrow unclassified
materials (students at various schools on Quantico, for example), there is
no general public access.
Only a very few of our holdings have ever been added to WorldCat, but
requests for interlibrary loans will be filled if possible.

Subject: Library Access to the Public
I have been asked to review our public access policy. What is your
policy/procedure for allowing the public to use your library?
Thanks
