Our library contains files on EEO complaints, FOIA/PA requests (and the
supporting documents), and some veterans records (if involved in
litigation).  We are available as the primary library for the Office of
General Counsel of VA, are open to all VA employees (with monitoring to make
sure the files are not available) and generally not open to the public.  Our
library is small and does not have holdings in any area that could not be
found in any law library.
