Attached is a draft schema for the bibliographic element set I spoke of
yesterday. This is the first draft released, and only to the ZNG list, so there
is plenty of room for comment and change before we unleash it on the world at
large, though I'm considering making it available for discussion at the ZIG.

I'm compiling an issues/questions list, and that's attached too. I'll add any
issue that any of you bring up.

(Matthew -- with regard to the name: if enough people complain we'll change it.
But the "american-centric" aspect is coincidental.)
