At the Main library of Oberlin College, we currently have three of our
(more experienced) paraprofessional catalogers contributing to the NACO
and BIBCO programs. Our PCC training was done in-house; each of the
catalogers has at least ten years experience cataloging member copy on
OCLC. (In all honesty, we don't do nearly enough ongoing training,
workshops, refresher courses, continuing education, etc., etc.). All PCC
work is reviewed by the department head.
