We've been working here on the MODS schema, have
made significant progress, and we'll be ready soon
to release a revised draft for limited
distribution and review. We're setting up a
listserv for discussion. It's a private list, but
anyone on the ZING list is invited to
participate. The MODS discussion list is
maintained by Jackie Radebaugh <[log in to unmask]> at
this office. If you would like to be subscribed,
let Jackie and/or me know.

Attached is a description of MODS that Rebecca
Guenther wrote up a few months ago.
