Thanks so much. Is the HHS Historian also under an Office of Communication
and Public Liaison, which I assume is like a Public Affairs Office?

The NIH Historian is in the Office of the Director under the Office of
Communication and Public Liaison. Dr. Victoria Harden is the NIH Historian
and Anne Thomas is Associate Director of the Office of Communication and
Public Liaison. Dr. John Parascandola is the HHS Historian in case you are
interested in that information, too. Hope this helps.

I am interested in finding out under what organizational part of your agency
the Office of the Historian is located, ie. Public Affairs, Administration,
etc. I am particularly interested in hearing from Cabinet Departments but
would welcome this information from other agencies as well. I am having
difficulty finding this information in traditional sources!
Thank you for your assistance.
