If you use a resultSetID in a query, then it should have an index qualifier.
I think that means that we should define an IndexSet with a prefix of SRW
and a single index of resultSetID. Then a query could consist of only
SRW.resultSetID:whatever or the resultSetID could be combined with other
qualified terms.
