Caroline,
I have been using Access for many years. Our files are currently in
Access 97 but I have loaded Access 2000 in order to do what I believe is
the same thing. We might use a query and or report to move it into EAD.
I had planned to try it at the component levels in order to give a file
level record. This has been applied primarily to correspondence but I
have sub files for manuscripts and other formats.
I would be pleased to know more of your procedures.
