Perhaps we could put a simple statement in that says if the circumstances
of the member's employment/official representation changes, the JAC will
consider the need for replacement and consult with the appropriate ISO SC.
I don't think it's necessary to be burdened by the additional
administrative work required to reappoint everyone at specified intervals.
