Comments: I share Rebecca's concerns about the potential numbers of
liaisons. I have to admit that I don't know very much about Endangered
Languages, Linguasphere and the Linguistic Data Consortium beyond what one
can see in their web sites so they may have more to contribute to our work
than may be immediately apparent. On the other hand, the IETF and SIL have
clear relevance so let's start with them and see how that works.
