I am afraid I am taking a complex approach to something that can be done
much simpler as well.
The finding aid has 2 levels, one is a comic clippings (c01)
The other is a newpaper sections(c02).
They are split on the c01 level, so we have:
- <c01 level="series" id="ser1">
- <c01 level="series" id="ser2">
In each c01 there is a c02 which has the item level descriptions, e.g.
- <c02 level="otherlevel">
<title render="italic" inline="true">Bear Creek Folks,</title>
<persname>Charles M. Payne</persname>
and so on and so on.....
The tree looks something like this:
c01 (here is that level=series and id=ser2)
So I want to do the series 1, and then the series 2, based on <c01
level="series" id="ser2"> tags.
I hope that makes sense, I am really having a hard time explaining this I
think, due to my lack of experience.
